Litigation is a process by which each party is represented by an attorney. Each party’s attorney is there to advise and counsel regarding the law, however they often don’t know how to advise on financial matters. As your CDFA®, I will guide and advise you on financial issues and complement your attorney’s capacity to help you with your case. I can provide financial documents and support that will substantiate your defense.
